Healthy Dinner Recipe


This delicious dinner was all under 200 calories!! Plus its really easy and salmon is excellent for your skin
Its just a cup of white rice and a single serving of salmon.

First you boil 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of uncooked instant white rice. As soon as it boils turn it to low and simmer for 18 minutes.

In the meantime, take a skillet and heat it on medium heat. Take your salmon and pour a little lemon juice over it. I also have lemon pepper that I sprinkle on top. Now just add some butter to the skillet and cook the salmon until browned slightly.

Thats it. Super easy super yummy and really good for you!
