Hey GUYS 🙂
Yes I am doing another review for the Focus T25. Gotta keep the peeps updated right?
So when I first started it was like a Wednesday but the scheduled calendar starts on a Monday. So I did Mon & Tues workouts on Wed & Thurs and did Fridays workout on Fri (because its a double workout) and then the following Monday started over. Today is the fourth day of the week (my 7th actual day of doing this) which is Ab Intervals woo. I LOVE ab work and cardio so this is right up my alley.
My stomach I can tell it harder and the bottom part seems to remain flatter. you can see the definition in my side abs very well. This is only the first week! DO I think I have lost weight? Not really. Not yet. Maybe a tiny amount as far as measurements but the definition is clearer. It is only my first week and I am not expecting drastic changes until my 4th week or until the Beta Phase.
Pictures and Measurements will come this weekend so prepare(:
I have also been do 20 minutes of Yoga after each 25 minutes of T25. On the weekends you can do the T25 Cooldown (on Sunday) but I plan to do some Jillian Michaels videos on the weekends and continue with my Yoga. Maybe even try some of ChaLeans PiYo videos!
I am by not means overweight. I am (or was before T25) 131 pounds and 5’4″, I workout everyday I just want to lose the lower belly that tends to stick out a bit. So about 127 is my goal. 125-127. And ab definition for sure!!
I am not following the T25 diet plan, I am still eating right. Since I have been eating clean I have noticed if I treat myself to certain things afterwards they make me sick, which makes me decide to steer clear from them. I guess that is good.
It is difficult some days for me to reach 1200 calories because of what I eat I guess. I still have breakfast, snack, lunch, preworkout snack and dinner. No worries I am eating just fine(: And drinking a bunch of water. The office probably thinks I have a bladder control issue lol.
Overall it’s going very good & I am proud of how strong my body is. I didnt realize I could manage through something like this, even if it is only 25 minutes a day. Im proud of my accomplishments and excited to accomplish even more! Summer is coming up & my Mud Run is in May 🙂 Let’s get strong!!
