Virtual Fitness and Health Coaching Plans
We get it, life’s tough and getting the motivation to stick with your workout and meal plans doesn’t always come so easy. That’s why we’re here! Please read over the available plans and contact us with further questions or customized plans.
How Does This Work?
First, fill out our Pre-Coaching Questionnaire so I can learn a bit more about you and purchase your session below. Once I get your form, I will contact you within 48 hours and we will have a pre-session in order for me to welcome you, walk you through, go over your questionnaire and both ask questions we may have. After that, I will discuss what will happen in your first session and we can schedule what time works best for you.
1-on-1 Email Days
Price: $30 – $120
With 1-on-1 email days , you receive a full day of emailing back and forth with me, receiving immediate and constant communication.
In these sessions, the most common questions and discussions I have had often include:
- Where to start.
- Goal setting.
- Discussing nutrition.
- Meal planning how-to and advice.
- Eating clean -what is it and should I do it?
- Understanding all the different types of diets: keto, counting macros, etc.
- How to stay positive and motivated.
- Where to go next.

- 2-day emailing
- 3-day emailing
- 4-day emailing
People oftentimes choose 3-4 days over 1-2 in the case that they want to work with me for a month and email 1 x/week. I offer 1-4 days so that there is enough time for your needs.
